True Blood Season 5, Episode 11 Recap: 'Sunset'

Bill has been seeing visions of Lilith and she keeps telling him that she chooses him and she wants him to drink her blood — all of it. It’s unfortunate because she has also appeared to the other Chancellors, telling them the same thing.

Nora has finally realized that Godric and Eric were right and she no longer believes in Lilith. Salome suspects something is amiss, but Nora played it off quite nicely. Nora sought out Eric so they could leave and they had sex in the midst of her questions.

Jessica tried reaching Jason with Bill’s phone, but instead, ends up convincing him that she really wants to connect with Jason so that she can turn him into a vampire. He has two goons escort Jessica to Bon Temps to do it up right. She tries to tell Jason to trust her, but he’s a bit dim, so he doesn’t get it. She sucks his blood and lays down with him in a shallow grave. As the two goons cover them with dirt, Jason shoots them and then runs off to warn Sookie.

Sookie tries to rile up the fairy troops and consults with an Elder. The Elder decides to take up Sookie’s cause and steps out of the Studio 54 funhouse club to blast Steve Newlin out in the field. She threatened Russell Edgington, but he was too quick and eluded her. He sucked her dry in his bid to day walk.

At the Authority, the vampires are visited by General Cavanaugh. He questions Roman’s location. He told them that they know the vamps have blown up the factories. He informed them of his video of Russell and Steve eviscerating 22 college frat guys. Eric, in an attempt to prove that he’s with the movement, snaps the General’s neck. This leads to him leaving the Authority with Nora and a security detail so that he can cover up his mess.

Andy learns that he has fathered Morella’s halfling baby and doesn’t believe it. She takes that as him denying the light pact, which she calls an act of war.
